Geographic Scope and Topic
This return policy applies to orders shipped to customers within the European Economic Area, Sweden, and other served regions. The products covered are dietary supplements sold for general wellness. Our supplements are not medicines. This policy is offered in compliance with EU consumer rights and Google Ads landing page requirements for supplement advertisers.
1. Return Period
You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with consumer rights.
2. Conditions
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.
3. How to Return

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Perishable or personalised items may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
